Former world tour surfer Josh Kerr used a perfect 10-point ride to halt the Taj Burrow juggernaut and defeat the world no.1 in the final of the Drug Aware Pro at Margaret River, West Australia.

Aerial wizard Kerr was trailing for the majority of the 35-minute final before flying back into contention with the perfect ride with just seven minutes on the clock. The 25-year old then locked in a 7-point ride to take the lead and claim victory in the 6 star World Qualifying Series event.
