The Tour Divide mountain bike race travels a total of 2,745 miles from Banff, Alberta to Antelope Wells, New Mexico. It is the world's longest off-pavement cycling race, highlighted by singletrack, long dirt roads and jeep trails that wend their way along the Continental Divide. The route is unmarked and meandering, requiring navigational sharpness. It travels through remote backcountry terrain with grizzlies and mountain lions, and distances between services are frequently 100+ miles.
