Joe Ciaglia is the owner of California Skateparks and is known for building some of the world's best parks. It was no surprise then that he showed up at Woodward a couple weeks ago since Woodward, too, has some of the world's best skateboarding terrain. That combined with the world's largest skateboard and you have the makings of a good time.
