Here's my weekend tribute to the greatest ad campaign in action sports history!  The Lange Girls!  Adorning ski bars and dorms everywhere, these photos represent the wonderful and precarious nexus of ski boot marketing and eighties chicks.  I think that it's just a darn shame that no company out there today has the courage or brand foresight to dress up half-naked women in full Indian headdress.  Seriously?  Putting  Dumont or Schiller in an ad is going to sell more product than a frilly-haired women reclining on a weight bench wearing pink spandex and Reeboks?  What’s the rationale behind that?  My personal favorite? “Keep your tips up.”   How wonderfully suggestive… how saucy!
