In mid August, Atmosphere took the Thirsty Convoy out on the road. A eurovan full of Portland-based skaters, including much of the Shrunken Head crew, followed by a barrage of vehicles filled with friends, more skaters, beer, bbq supplies and machetes made up the modern-day, miscreant wagon train. The convoy went up the Oregon and Washington coast to some of the best skate parks, as well as making sure to stop at the jankiest set ups, too--it wouldn't be Thirsty Convoy without those.
