The PWT Portland stop July 21-22nd marks the last and final stop of the tour. Right now, 18-yr-old Floridian Phillip Soven is in the lead with 370 points. He's won three PWT events this year and the Portland stop could be his fourth. Rusty Malinoski is trailing behind him with 360 points and if he takes the win in Portland then he could bypass Soven if Soven comes in third. Malinoski won the PWT Ft. Worth, TX event and has the biggest chance of taking the $10,000 in Portland. Chad Sharpe has 320 points behind Malinoski and could win the PWT if Malinoski and Soven get 10th place at the Portland stop. Danny Harf captured the PWT podium title last year, however, with his 300 points Malinoski and Soven would have to finish in 15th place in order for Harf to claim it again.
The last stop of the PWT will be held at Blue Lake Park in Portland, Oregon. Please visit http://www.prowakeboardtour.com for more information.
