Yesterday was awesome!!! It was dumping those big fat fluffy snowflakes well into the afternoon yesterday. We headed out around noon, after registration for the last World Tour stop.

It was the first day this season or at least the first I can remember in a really long time, that I could enjoy a powder day. I’m usually doing a photo shoot on powder days. There was a run under Chair 6 that I kept lapping. It reminded me of a run at Targhee that I ski all the time. I did a few runs in honor of my dad and sister Jessica, who has five kids and lives in Minnesota, not great skiing there.
Overall it was a fun day and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Today the skis are sunny, not a cloud in the ski and I must say, it’s pretty amazing. You may catch me today mesmerized by the scenery here. It is absolutely gorgeous.
