Ahhh, the joys of a Mount Hood Summer. Endless sunny days, taking off your snowboard boots and jumping in a pool, eating Cobra dogs and drinking Rainier....and a whole lot of fresh snow in early June. The last one is unusual, but this year was the norm as the first two sessions at Windells were fraught with snowstorms amidst the more seasonable sunny days. Here's a short photo recap, update number 2.

Nick Visconti and EB's Tommy J with a brembrace pre going up the hill at Tline.

Rome plays a game of SHRED every week at camp. Look how much fun the campers are having. And in front, a rare glimpse at the back of Windells staff photog, Darcy Bacha, a man more often behind the lens than in front of it.

End of the Session Jenga is a staple at the Windells team house this summer. It's spreading like wildfire over the world wide web.

Even though this photo is out of focus, you can clearly see Danny Toumarkine's frosted tips on his college id. Oof.

At the end of Session 1, Nick and Tim used the less-than-perfect weather to their advantage and held a race in which campers rolled around in puddles of mud to be the messiest and win prizes from Sessions.

If you haven't been to camp, it may seem ridiculous the things that campers will do to win free gear. If you have been to camp, thinking up new, even more ludicrous games for the campers to play is one of the highlights.

See? It was not very warm this day and campers are throwing themselves into a puddle.

Brent Oftedal and NJ Peterson are 1. really good at rapping 2. really love that song about rude bois 3. look like they could be in a sweet folk duo musical act based on this photo.

Johnny Lazz at Tline with optimum visibility.

Staff bowling night in Gresham. Moss Halladay is a pretty good bowler. Paul Gemignani coming out of Moss' shoulder.

The self-proclaimed Hood family: Counselor Steph, Andrea, Tim Windell and Windells Head Digger Keaton Pearson.
