I was up in Govy sitting on the picnic table outside of the Burton Demo Center and Nick Lipton came up to me and said he wanted to show me something. This is what he showed me. They were snoring soundly next to the smoothie place. It was adorable.

"If I land X trick, you owe me a six pack." No one has had to buy a six pack yet.

These are the kind of shots you want to see for video premiere coverage. Nick Lipton's fancy shoes at Videograss in Portland.

The bathroom at the Videograss premiere--Grenier, Fitz and myself, through the wall. Uncomfortable and neato.

Nick was busy doing work as the movie started. That's what it takes to be a snowboard writer in this fast paced industry.

Yep, the movie played.

The after party was a shit show of epic proportions. Matty Mo came down from Govy to DJ the shindig, which was at this poor place called Beauty Bar (they never saw it coming). The party spilled out of the small establishment and onto the streets. It wasn't long before a dozen cop cars pulled up and the cops stepped out with bottles of mace.

Cop.

Back in the woods of Welches, some deer hung out on the golf course.

Harrison Gordon and Java came by to play Salomon jib games on hill with the campers. This is during Session 7 and as you can see, Java is wearing a puffy. Session 7 usually isn't like that.

The final Rome night of the summer was a huge success because two teenage boys tried to pee their pants in front of the whole camp. When both of them couldn't pee under so much pressure, one of them ate puke off of the ground in order to win a snowboard.

Every week, Burton's Christine Savage came to Windells to put on "Burton Blender Night." A gross-drink eating contest for female campers. Here is the concoction for the last week of camp.

Oatmeal and ranch dressing. Yum.

As the summer progresses, the need to be on the hill before noon dissipates (we get so spoiled being able to ride all summer). Here, it was probably 1pm and Nick Lipton was just getting out of bed.

Wu Tang endorses Timberline, apparently.

Connor Manning. On the way up to the last day on hill for the summer, beer in hand. Good style

"I didn't have shoes or socks, and you can't go into the kitchen without shoes or socks--well I can, but it wouldn't be good with the kids around, so I put on these bags." Honestly, Jasper pulls it off.

Windells kitchen crew made an epic campfire banquet with chicken, steak, salmon and all sorts of other delicious things for the annual end of the summer staff party.

Now, that's cooking!

Jockin' out with a final round of knock out for the summer.

A couple more laps around the Jungle...

Look how fast Jasper is going.

As night fell, everyone grouped around the campfire. I stayed a fair distance behind it, because every few minutes, someone approached the fire, cloaked in secret because of the darkness, and dumped buckets of water on people.

The end of camp means the Dew Tour is in Portland and Christine, Blatt and I went to PDX to meet up with fellow VT'ers, Nicole Driscoll and BNQT's own James Sullivan. We ate dinner at this awesome Cuban spot. Here are two different sangrias, both equally awesome.

And here is dessert. If I could remember the name of this spot, I would post it, because it was so good. If you are in Portland and happen to find a smallish Cuban restaurant with outdoor seating and brightly colored decor inside, go eat there.

This candy sucks.

Late night at the Marriot downtown. Blatt contemplates on the couch.

Aaron Blatt.

The best thing about the Dew Tour is the free lady bars that powerbar makes.

Fitz is going on a motorcycle trip from Portland, down the coast of California, and over to Salt Lake. To keep his shirt from flapping in the wind and to look stylish on his bike, he has this Rockin Leather vest. So cool, they left off the 'g'.

The spoils of the Dew Tour.

Christine was on a budget before she left Oregon to go home to NJ, so she spent two dollars on this hurricane simulator at the mall.

Good Morning, Portland.

Hotel water always looks more delicious that regular water.

The end of camp meant the end of the Burton Demo Center in Govy for the season. After almost three months, the dry erase board was cleaned.

Summer truth.

End.
