This new bike by Swedish brand Sson is dubbed as a "commuter" bike. Although that term is used liberally to describe most types of lower-end road bikes, this is anything but that.

Sson combined elements of a traditional BMX bike with those of a beach cruiser. The end result is a simple but tough as shit-looking bike that's comfortable for short rides around town. The arched top tube and big tires are a nice touch as well.

With many new cyclists drawn to the sport because of fixed gear bikes it's great to see companies trying something new. These will be available in select bike shops starting October 15th.

After starting strong in the Fall and early season, with great contest results at the Totino's Open in Breckenridge, both riders suffered injuries. Danny is out for the year, but Mason recently came back and plans to throw down at next week's US Open of Snowboarding in Stratton, VT.
