Electric has a line of twelve new sunglasses to feast your eyes on. They range from classic blacks and browns to some pretty crazy styles and colors (see the 80s-inspired white gold Shotglass below). With impact and scratch-resistant Polycarbonate lenses and strong and light Grilamid nylon plastic, these sunglasses will hold up past just the summer. As a bonus, when you buy any Polorized shades, a part of the proceeds will go to support Project Blue, which helps to clean up oceans and beaches. Check out five of the best and the brightest from Electric.
BPM in Matte Black/Grey Green Chrome
This may look like SCUBA gear, but BPMs are actually meant for usage on land. Inspired by the West Coast and the Pacific Ocean and made in Italy, these shades have a worldly background and a hip look. The side frame features a 3D Volt logo, and they aren't just jumping on the 3D blockbuster bandwagon. We're talking a real-life three dimensional logos that you can touch and feel. If you idolize Aquaman, then get these shades in Black/Grey Green. Or check out any of their other classic colors here.

OHM III in Gloss Black/Grey Polarized
According to Electric, the OHM III is for the "discerning scumbag." It's a great mental image. After success with the OHM and OHM II, Electric gives this model a bolder, more solid look. Look for cool details like the distinct plaque on the brow cap and flanking line highlighting the hinge. These shades are classy without even knowing it. Check 'em out here.

The TYP2 takes the classic teardrop aviator to the next level with bold colors and a groovy vibe. These shades are part of the limited edition Electric Acetate Color Series, so rather than painting the frames, Electric processes them with acetate, providing a deep, saturating color. This special process means that the color won't chip off your frames. It also means that you can only find them at special retailers for a limited time. Find out where to get them on Electric's site.
Specs: Size Category - 4, 6 Base Handmade Acetate With Injected Wire Core Frame, 6 Base CR39 Lens, 3 Barrel Stainless Steel Optical Hinge, Electric Acetate Color Series. Suggested retail $80
Shotglass in Gloss White/Bronze Gold Chrome
These shades are not for the faint of heart. You'll stand out at any party with the wide, thick frames in bold color contrasts. And just in case you had forgotten the original purpose of sunglasses, this full shield lens blocks out harmful UV rays. So not only will you look like a baller, but your eyes will be protected from pretty much everything. Sun, wind, broken glass... After all, these shades are just begging to get to a party. Get 'em here.

Just for the hell of it, here is one of Electric's cool women's offerings. Part post-modern metropolitan, part whimsical cotton candy, the Tonette can adapt to any situation. It comes in fun colors like plum, brown mint, and phantom purple as well as standard black and tortoise shell. Check out the women's line here.

I was wondering what the size category measn. 1 ,2,and 3. I have a wide head. I have a pair of the tech XL. And i really like them. Because they dont look too small on my face. But im looking for a pair of wire frame shades that fits me the same way. Just wondering.
