Scotty, Shaun, GretzkyUPDATE (2/22/10) - In another interesting development in the Scotty Lago Scandal, it's being reported this morning (not surprisingly) that the Olympic committee actually forced Scotty to leave Vancouver vs. the purported "voluntary" departure.

When informed last Friday morning that images of him with a young woman where on TMZ, Scotty called the USOC and apologized, yet this was not enough apparently. He was reproached and told 1. leave now or 2. risk a formal trial and be kicked out, which may have prevented future participation in the Olympics.

Well, none of this is unexpected, right? Scotty was being himself and the tight asses at the Olympics where unhappy. The funny thing is the more this story continues the worse it is for the USOC, not Scotty Lago.
