I remember building my first mini ramp at my friend Mike Crabtree's house. There was no skatelite then, just some janky plywood we found behind K-mart and some 2x4's our friend's dad hooked us up with. Well, if you live in Salt Lake City and dream of having your own backyard ramp, that plan is potentially in jeopardy as the city council is trying to ban all backyard mini-ramps, yes, all backyard mini-ramps. Sounds ridiculous right? Check out more infoÂÂ
here and if you want to make your voice heard send a (friendly) email to the Salt Lake City Council members  and let them know that mini ramps are not something that you can ban in any city.
