Here is Nigel's new video about the day in the life of a pro BMX rider in NYC. You may remember Nigel's first video, "The Night Episode." Now, he takes you back in time to the morning of the same day. This video is the second of a three-part series written by Nigel and Glenn PP Milligan and sponsored by Gatorade.

In this video, watch Nigel rise and shine, then hit up his favorite spots in the city. Also featured are Nigel's brother, Adrian Sylvester, and young NYC riders Ikeem and Jose. Music by Donnis.
