Mick Fanning Loses Drunken Footrace to Portly Photographer

Mick Fanning certainly hasn't been losing much these days; guy's been on a tear, winning at Trestles and Hossegor to close within sneezing distance of ASP Number One Joel Parkinson. But after that Quik Pro win in France, Mick bit off more than he could chew. Surf photog Matt Kelson and some other unidentified chap out-sprinted Fanning on the streets of France in a dash of what looked to be about 45 yards. Surfline reports the number of beers consumed by Fanning before this race at 12. Nothing beats a good drunken foot race, so without further ado:

Totino's Field Notes - Road to the 2010 US Open of Snowboarding. It's been an interesting year for Totino's team riders Danny Davis and Mason Aguirre. After starting strong in the Fall and early season, with great contest results at the Totino's Open in Breckenridge, both riders suffered injuries.
