A year ago Lower Trestles was ground zero of a pirate invasion to celebrate International Surfing Day. We thought it was worth revisiting. Here's the story from the horses mouth:
"A conquest that will be honored to the fullest and will stand the test of time with legendary status" - captain barbossa himself gave these orders from the carribean in the winter of 2010. Sailors were called from all of the land, for one purpose. To raid, pillage, and destroy the peak at lowers with no mercy."
