Kevin Pearce poses with his family a few days ago.Kevin Pearce appeared on NBC's Primetime with Tom Brokaw on Monday, February 22, giving us our first real insight into his current condition and prognosis for a full recovery. An emotional vignette, Brokaw met with Kevin' parents and brothers and showed us the first images of a still recovering KP.

Still in Colorado at a special hospital for Traumatic Brain Injury patients, Pearce has been making slow progress, but is still battling speech issues and motor control. Yet images taken in recent days show his characteristic smile which is unmistakable.
