No offical press release has gone out yet but photos have leaked showing Jamie Goldman's helmet adorned with Monster Energy stickers. A blog post by Jamie on the Black Box website confirms this. "the new year brings new sponsors. I am stoked to say that i just signed with Monster Energy."

Monster and Rock Star are both making inroads into MTB having signed some of the top non-Red Bull talent. Look for more riders to get scooped up by energy drink sponsors as we get closer to the kick off of the 2008 season.
