Ian Cosco and I made our way down to Mammoth to meet up with Mark Abma and Chris Benchetler. We were supposed to get some shots on this bitchin jump that Mammoth Mtn. built for us, but mother nature gave us another option. With high winds keeping us off the hill, we had no choice but to head south for some all-time home cooking, and some warm surf. It was my first time is So Cal and it wont be my last. Everything we ate was too good to be true, and Benny's family was even better. I didn't surf much due to a lack of boards and wet suits, but when I did all I could think about was how warm the water is compared to surfing in Oregon. Im looking forward to heading back sometime soon. Thanks again Benchetler's!
