What can I say about FBM that hasn't already been said? These dudes have been around forever and I've been into em' since day one of my shredding. I rode FBM Ol' 76er bars when I was a young grommet and I always wanted an Angel of Death frame... I never got to shred that frame and time has passed since the Angel of Death was considered a new top of the line frame. So, now I shred FBM pegs that keep my grinds in check, an FBM headset keeps my front end dialed and my Take frame, built by Big Dave and the dudes at FBM, is the best frame I've ever ridden. My love for FBM as a youngin' came full circle now about 10 years later, working for The Take under the FBM/Last Call Tree of Life and or Shred...
So what am I getting at? Well I don't know, I'm purely just declaring my love for FBM and my bicycle. FBM keeps it American made, they build quality kickass frames and keep their composure, all while shitting the bed at the same time. It's their style in the way they do things, FBM is fun, they stay in tune to what kids want and they have a good time doing it.
I found out a lot about the history and happenings of FBM while watching I Love My Bicycle, it made me think, I gained even more respect for those dudes and most importantly it made me really love my bicycle. This movie is inspirational and if you don't feel motivated to create, build, dig or shred after watching it, well then there's something wrong with you or maybe you just don't like to have fun.
So with all that said, go pick yourself up a copy of I Love My Bicycle, learn to have more fun and get awesome!
