Dallas Friday, arguably the best woman wakeboarder in the world, won the semifinals heat today at the WWA National Championships. This is a major feat for her, considering she suffered a very serious injury in Singapore last September and this is the first competition she's been in this year.
"I'm just excited to be back on the water competing," Friday said. "I am healthy and feeling confident, so I expect to do well this weekend."
Today the Boys, Jr. Boys and Pro Wakeskate semifinals took place and 70 riders in the Pro Mens division.
