All of the young guns competed today and there have been some new faces showing up and winning their heats in Lake Andrea, Wisconsin this year. I'm pretty stoked that Danni Petraitis (of my hometown of Redding, California) won her heat today in the Jr. Women's Division.
Alex Scagliotti (Bend, Oregon) won his heat, along with Jimmy LaRiche and Ryan Anderson taking first in theirs. In the Boys division, Cooper Swink and Jacob Valdez of Canyon Lake won their heats along with Daniel Powers. The West Coast presence has been strong in the last couple of days!
In the pro divisions, Amber Wing and Dalla Friday (making a comeback) won their heats in Pro Women. Floridians Matt Manzari, Reed Hansen, Brandon Thomas, and Brian Grubb won their heats in Pro Wakeskate. They've all been killing it this year as well. Congratulations to Zack Luckett taking first in the Men's II final division today! (Zack is pictured above)

Totino\'s Field Notes

Totino's Field Notes

Totino's Field Notes - Road to the 2010 US Open of Snowboarding. It's been an interesting year for Totino's team riders Danny Davis and Mason Aguirre. After starting strong in the Fall and early season, with great contest results at the Totino's Open in Breckenridge, both riders suffered injuries. Danny is out for the year, but Mason recently came back and plans to throw down at next week's US Open of Snowboarding in Stratton, VT.
