Brad Simms gives you a how-to that you're probably not ready for, hop 540's? I don't think anyone is going to be learning hop 5's today, being that most of the kids in BMX have absolutely no muscle to speak of... Weak, meager children on bikes don't know the first thing about strength or muscle. If you're Conan or stacked with muscle like Brad, then you may just get this one done.
