Trevor Jacob - Trainspotting

Last week 17-year-old Mammoth Mountain local snowboarder, Trevor Jacob went to Tahoe with a film crew to recreate the legendary train gap that Temple Cummins and Andy Hetzel pioneered nearly 20 years ago.

Building a large kicker and airing 40-50 feet before landing is a feat in itself, but doing so with a screaming freight train passing beneath is something else altogether.

It was a huge moment for him as he's been wanting to do it since he was about 5 years old.
