Despite the shitty weather, the 2011 WBR, the annual gathering of sand loving loonies went off without a hitch. Multiple beach race winner the legend himself David Knight was coming into the event not fully fit after a double hip operation. This gave many of the top runners plenty of confidence in defeating the greatest rider in beach race history. Enjoy this video highlight reel from the mountain bike enduro race that traversed some of the best riding in France, the Trans Provence. Jerome Clementz narrowly edged out Nicolas Vouilloz for the win after 5 days of racing.
